Composition: Each g contains
Lincomycin (as hydrochloride)..............................................220 mg
Spectinomycin (as sulfate tetrahydrate)................................220 mg
Indications:
For the treatment, control, and prevention of respiratory and enteric diseases caused by lincomycin- and/or spectinomycin-sensitive microorganisms. In swine, effective against salmonellosis, Escherichia coli enteritis, swine dysentery, mycoplasma pneumonia, colitis, ileitis, and MMA syndrome. In poultry, for chronic respiratory disease, air sacculitis, infectious sinusitis, salmonellosis, and enteritis due to E.coli and Clostridium perfringens.
Dosage: Administration oral via drinking water or feed:
Prophylactic use: 5 mg / 1 kg BW / day for 21 days in poultry and 14 days in swine.
Therapeutic use: 10 mg / 1 kg BW / day for 7 days in both poultry and swine.
Contra-indication:
Not to be given to poultry species producing eggs for human consumption.
Avoid concurrent use with ionophore coccidiostats (e.g., monensin)
Withdrawal period:
Poultry: 4 days before slaughter.
Swine: 6 days before slaughter.
Preservation: Store in a cool place and keep out of direct sunlight.
