MONOSULFA-S

COMPOSITION: 

Each 1 gm contains:

Sulfamonomethoxin……..................400 mg
Trimethoprim…..................................80 mg

INDICATIONS:
Treatment of intestinal and caecal coccidiosis in poultry; histomoniasis (blackhead disease); infectious coryza. Supportive treatment of certain blood-borne parasitic infections and Ornithobacterium rhinotracheale (ORT) infections causing respiratory signs, dyspnoea, and swollen head syndrome in poultry.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION
Administration:
Dissolve in drinking water or mix with feed.
Poultry:
General dosage:
1 g per 2–4 liters of drinking water or 1 g per 20–30 kg body weight per day, administered for 3–5 days.
In cases of histomoniasis (blackhead disease), blood-borne parasitic infections, or severe coccidiosis:
1 g per 1.5–2.5 liters of drinking water or 1 g per 15 kg body weight per day, administered for 3–5 days (in severe cases, treatment for 5 days is recommended).

Withdrawal period before slaughter: 7 days.
