COMPOSITION:
Each 1 gm contains:
Lincomycin HCl……..........................222 mg
Spectinomycin HCl……....................444 mg
INDICATIONS:
Gastrointestinal and respiratory infections caused by microorganisms sensitive to spectinomycin and lincomycin, such as Campylobacter spp., E. coli, Mycoplasma spp., Salmonella spp., Staphylococcus spp., Streptococcus spp. and Brachyspira spp. in swine and poultry, most notably:
Swine:
Treatment of enteritis caused by Lawsonia intracellularis (ileitis).
Poultry:
Prevention and treatment of chronic respiratory disease (CRD) associated with mycoplasma and coliform infections of growing poultry susceptible to the action of the antibiotic combination.
DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:
For oral administration:
- Poultry: 150 g per 200 litres of drinking water for 5 - 7 days.
- Swine: 150 g per 1.500 litres of drinking water for 7 days.
Note: Do not use in poultry producing eggs for human consumption.
Withdrawal times
- For meat:
Swine : 0 days.
Poultry : 5 days.
